ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

Buyer: The customer who places an order on the website.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered through the website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS

Product details, quantity, and price are shown on the order summary page and in the confirmation email sent to the buyer.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

Products are delivered within 7–21 business days to the address provided by the buyer.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through iyzico infrastructure.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, by contacting us at alcaglayani@gmail.com. The product price will be refunded within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

ARTICLE 7 – EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for opened, used, or non-returnable products.

ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to İzmir Consumer Courts and Arbitration Committees.
